The Rock School is a contemporary music school of today that fuses traditional and modern methods of teaching music to students of all ages. The Rising Star Acoustic Tour program is one of our specialty programs that we offer to our students when they are ready to take on musical challenges outside their classroom setting.  The students in this program work very hard with their tour director and teachers, they learn to choose songs, take constructive criticism, learn how to time manage, to make decisions, set realistic goals, respect each other, to work in a team, practice individually and practice with each other.  Free Performances are scheduled in Downtown Brampton and surrounding areas in local coffee shops, malls and retail stores. Students have the opportunity to perform in front of many different audiences allowing them to learn about performance on a whole different level.  The hard work they put into this tour results into a lot of fun, boosts self confidence and gives them practical knowledge and experience they couldn't just get in a classroom setting alone.
